ANCILE seeks a motivated, energetic, and self-directed mid-level marketing professional with solid business discipline, substantial brand awareness/lead generation experience, and strong content marketing abilities.   

As a  Marketing Manager, you will play a fundamental role in assisting with the strategy and execution of our marketing objectives. You must be comfortable managing multiple projects concurrently, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and creating and delivering content across mixed media including web, social media, email campaigns, web advertisements, and more iterations of our efforts.  

Essential duties and responsibilities:  

  • Drive the marketing and event pipeline, generating qualified leads with the support of the sales team, while  tracking and measuring success utilizing Salesforce and other marketing tools
  • Create, review, and publish white papers, case studies, testimonials, multimedia presentations, email and advertising campaigns, sales tools, advertisements, and videos 
  • Lead website SEO strategy and execution
  • Collaborate with website team to create, manage, and optimize content 
  • Assist the social media strategy and execution across multiple platforms  
  • Manage ANCILE’s event and tradeshow strategy while supporting execution   
  • Work with outsourced designer to ensure all activities accurately reflect the uPerform brand  
  • Brainstorm new ideas with marketing and sales teams  

Education, experience, and desired skills:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or Communications    
  • 5 years of experience with traditional and digital marketing channels  
  • 1-3 years of experience with website SEO  
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite, Google Analytics, WordPress, Hootsuite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Zoom, and modern social media platforms, including LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter  
  • High level of motivation, self-starter, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills  
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills  
  • Able to effectively manage changing priorities and excels in a fast-moving, dynamic environment  
  • Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously  
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with diverse groups and cross-functional teams
