Gagan Singh serves as the Vice President of Technology responsible for the engineering and architecture of uPerform. He is skilled in analyzing customer system and data issues, managing development timelines, solution testing and implementation, and customer communications and satisfaction.

Before uPerform, Gagan led a group of engineers developing mission-critical applications as the Development Manager at the U.S. House Of Representatives. Gagan has over 15 years of technical software development and project management experience, and more than 10 years of experience as a Software Engineer, Technical Lead and Architect building mission-critical applications. He is an expert at directing all aspects of a product lifecycle, including vision, strategy, and execution. He has strong skills managing complex enterprise-level software development projects for government and commercial clients. Gagan has a Master’s of Science in Information Systems and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.

Brian Anderson is uPerform’s Chief Information Security Officer. In his role he leads the IT and Cloud Operations teams, and is responsible for cloud infrastructure, security operations, DevOps, and compliance.

Brian’s tenure with uPerform spans over 14 years across various roles in IT, product support, and software development. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the University of Central Florida and is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) by (ISC)².

Rhonda is the Vice President of Accounting, currently responsible for the day-to-day accounting functions, global audits, tax compliance, and maintaining the internal accounting-related systems. Her career and accomplishments with ANCILE span over two decades, including leading the successful implementation of accounting systems, creating and documenting accounting processes, and establishing a highly capable Accounting Team.

Rhonda has over twenty years of experience in the accounting field. She has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting with a minor in Business Administration from Frostburg State University.

Caitlin leads our Marketing team, responsible for representing the uPerform brand, its positioning globally, and driving product awareness, acquisition, engagement, and loyalty with uPerform’s customers and partners. Since joining in 2019, Caitlin has been instrumental in creating customer programs and user groups that drive better understanding of market needs and product decisions in healthcare.

Caitlin is a talented, award-winning marketing lead with over 15 years of experience in enterprise software product management and marketing with a consistent track record of business growth through delivery of market-defining solutions. Caitlin holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Towson University.

As ANCILE’s Director of Global Customer Operations and Services, Chandra is responsible for various systems used by our team and customers, including the uPerform Intelligence Hub and ticketing system. She also manages our product fulfillment and professional services operations.

Throughout Chandra’s 21-year tenure at ANCILE, she has held a multitude of roles spanning customer support, service, and success. She holds a bachelor’s degree in History and Anthropology from the University of Michigan.

As our Director of Global Technical Operations in our Customer Success and Services department, Sven is responsible for devising technical solutions and managing our team’s internal operations. He works closely with our clients, customer success technical and development teams to identify and prioritize improvements based on customer feedback. Sven is dedicated to ensuring our customer’s continued success and use of our solutions.

Sven’s career with ANCILE began 15 years ago, and throughout his tenure, he became a well-respected technical resource and mentor to new team members and made great improvements over the years to our cross-departmental processes.

As our Director of Onboarding and Enablement, Christina is responsible for guiding our Healthcare customers through their implementation of uPerform for their EHR and enterprise applications. She takes pride in continuing to build strategic partnerships with our customers beyond their initial implementations. Christina’s tenure with uPerform spans over 20 years in various roles in the customer support and success organization. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Johns Hopkins University.

Stephanie Lahr, MD, CHCIO is on a mission to bring joy back to medicine and reduce friction by improving the caregiver’s technology experience. She is an experienced informaticist, change agent and leader in the healthcare industry who has led the clinical aspects, data conversion strategy and the incorporation of multiple Community Connect sites. Dr. Lahr served as the CMIO, and later CIO, of Monument Health where she was first introduced to uPerform as a client. Her passion, expertise and experience is an asset to uPerform as we work together to improve the clinician experience through enhanced health IT education.

Bobby spearheads our healthcare management team, helping health systems change the way software training is conducted with digital learning solutions. He is responsible for implementing strategies for health system onboarding, retention, and growth. He is a seasoned healthcare leader who brings over 10 years of extensive health IT training experience to the uPerform team. Prior to ANCILE, Bobby helped pioneer uPerform in the healthcare market at Infirmary Health. As the Manager of IT Training and Support, Bobby built and led the health system’s training program executing initiatives and optimization strategies, including the rollout and utilization of Epic to 10,000 users.

Bobby built and managed sales teams at companies including ADP and Reynolds & Reynolds. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Auburn University, is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Information and Management (CPHIMS) and is a veteran of the United States Army.

Lori “Reece” is an accomplished IT Training leader and Systems Architect with over 20 years of experience driving innovation and excellence in healthcare training and strategy. As a member of the uPerform team, Reece offers valuable insights and a unique perspective as a former client and direct collaborator with uPerform at UCHealth.

At UCHealth, Reece’s contributions included driving significant improvements and impressive ROI in IT training and innovation projects throughout her decade-long tenure by enhancing learning experiences for Epic, UKG Dimensions, ERP and many other applications.

Reece’s career began with a deep passion for education as a neurological-based Occupational Therapist at Craig Hospital, where she specialized in advanced adaptive technology for individuals with disabilities. This foundation in therapy and technology has informed her approach to IT training and strategy – always connected to the learner.

Combining strategic vision with proven leadership, Reece is dedicated to advancing IT and healthcare training, bringing both deep expertise and a genuine understanding of the client experience to her role at uPerform.

Teresa brings more than 20 years of healthcare and IT experience to uPerform’s Healthcare team, with a background spanning enterprise training, healthcare IT project management, and customer success. She understands firsthand the complexity health systems face when implementing and optimizing technology, and she works closely with organizations to ensure solutions are practical, well-adopted, and aligned with the realities of daily clinical and operational workflows.

Throughout her career, Teresa has supported large-scale Epic EHR initiatives, led end-user training efforts, and managed complex healthcare technology projects across nationally recognized health systems. She earned Epic ASAP and EpicCare Ambulatory certifications and is known for building strong, trusted relationships with executive, clinical, and IT stakeholders. Her experience across training, implementation, and long-term client engagement allows her to connect strategy to execution and help healthcare organizations realize meaningful and lasting value from their technology investments.

With over 20 years of experience in healthcare, Rachel White is committed to the belief that technology should make care easier for clinicians and patients alike. Combining her experience as a registered nurse with her MBA in healthcare management, she brings both frontline insight and strategic vision to healthcare technology initiatives. Rachel led end-to-end Epic EHR implementations, optimization initiatives and enterprise training programs.

Rachel now brings her insights to uPerform as a Healthcare Training and Education Consultant. Her role focuses on assessing how organizations are currently leveraging uPerform, identifying opportunities for improvement and partnering with clients to deploy actionable strategies to increase adoption and learning effectiveness.

With his experience in both Epic and Meditech implementations, Aaron is an invaluable asset for uPerform’s healthcare clients. He has a passion for leveraging healthcare tools to maximize patient safety, improve processes and create workflow efficiencies to reduce clinician burnout. As an Onboarding & Enablement Lead, he helps uPerform clients drive transformative outcomes through thoughtful integrations within Epic. Aaron started his career at MEDITECH, where he successfully implemented the Surgical Services application at numerous hospitals, and was a certified Epic ClinDoc analyst at SouthCoast Health before joining uPerform.

Aenas plays a pivotal role as one of the two Onboarding and Enablement leads at uPerform. In this capacity, her primary focus revolves around ensuring that uPerform’s healthcare clients experience a seamless and effective transition onto the platform. With a deep understanding of onboarding and enablement processes, Aenas is committed to maximizing the value that healthcare clients derive from their uPerform implementation.

Before joining the uPerform team, Aenas gathered substantial experience as an Epic System analyst at various healthcare organizations in New Jersey and Ohio. She was an instrumental participant in two significant healthcare mergers and was able to amass a range of Epic Certifications during her professional journey. Aenas holds a B.S. in Allied Health Professions from The Ohio State University.

Andy Kinnear joins the uPerform advisory team as a former Health & Care Chief Information Officer (CIO) with 30 years of experience in the NHS. Andy has worked at local, regional and national levels within the NHS to help shape policy and strategy and deliver frontline information and technology strategy and solutions. He brings an intimate knowledge of the challenges and opportunities associated with digital transformation.

In 2020, he founded Andy Kinnear Consulting, Ltd. through which he supports the NHS and private sector clients on a freelance basis. We’re proud to welcome Andy as a uPerform advisor and look forward to the insights and expertise he will bring to our organization.

Dr. CT Lin is passionate about improving the EHR experience for clinicians. He has over 26 years of experience in software training and support and actively facilitates workshops on Excellence in Communication to reduce burnout and improve outcomes. Dr. Lin has been running EHR optimization programs since 2017 and has found through his work that 80% of improving the EHR comes down to improving people and process, through end-user training.

In 1995, he joined UCHealth, a CHIME’s Most Wired Level 10 system, and is a Professor of Medicine at University of Colorado. Dr. Lin is board-certified in Internal Medicine and Clinical Informatics. His national publications and talks include Addressing Physician Burnout with EHR Sprints, and Online Patient Communication with Open Test Results and Open Notes. His national awards include “Healthcare IT innovator” and “Electronic Physician of the Year.”

Sue Armentrout brings 46 years of healthcare experience to the table, including 20 years as a neonatal nurse practitioner in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU). While in that role she led initiatives to introduce evidence-based practices while leveraging technology to improve the care and outcomes of this vulnerable population.

After managing the successful implementation of a Clinical Information System for Neonatology, she joined Information Health Technology as a nurse informatics analyst. There, she supported the multi-year initiative to implement Epic as the enterprise Electronic Health Record at St. Luke’s Health System in Idaho. Post implementation, she developed the system Clinical Informatics Specialty as the Director of Clinical Informatics.

Sue joined Bon Secours Health in August of 2018 as the Chief Nursing Officer and soon became the VP of Nursing Informatics and Evidence Based Practice for Bon Secours Mercy Health. As of May 2023, Sue now serves as the Chief Clinical Informatics Officer.

As Chief Nursing Informatics Officer at Froedtert Health, Victoria Sergent leads the integration of nursing and clinical practices with advanced information systems to enhance patient care. With a background in chiropractic medicine and nursing, she transitioned from clinical practice to informatics, holding leadership roles in nursing and enterprise clinical informatics. She has worked at Froedtert Health and Nordic Global, managing clinical informatics programs nationwide. Victoria holds degrees from UW-Madison, the National University of Health Sciences, and the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor. ANCC board-certified in Clinical Informatics and Nurse Executive, she collaborates with senior leaders to optimize technology, reduce clinician burden, and align clinical systems with strategic healthcare goals.

Dr. Bryan Jarabek joins the uPerform Customer Advisory Board with a wealth of health IT knowledge and experience. He currently serves as a Chief Medical Informatics Officer and hospitalist at M Health Fairview where he co-leads a medical informatics team with 16 providers and a physician builder program with over 80 providers.

Bryan has dedicated much of his career to improving the use of technology, and particularly the EHR, in daily clinical work. As one of the first Epic physician builders in the country, he is a designer of the first multidisciplinary medication reconciliation workflow in Epic. He’s a current member of the Hey Epic national advisory committee focused on optimizing mobile voice EHR capabilities for providers.

Bryan is no stranger to sharing his expertise and advocating for clinician wellbeing as it relates to health IT. He is a member of the M Health Fairview provider wellbeing committee, was the founding chair of the Minnesota CMIO committee, and cochaired the Care Delivery System committee that took Minnesota from 36th to 1st in COVID vaccine deployment during the pandemic. Plus, he’s the co-chair of the Minnesota e-Health Advisory Committee that is responsible for developing recommendations and advising the Minnesota Commissioner of Health on policies and processes to advance the use of health information technology.

James is an academic cardiologist at the University of Cambridge and an honorary consultant at Addenbrooke’s Hospital. His research interests range from using imaging of the heart and blood vessels to test the efficacy of new drugs to research based on electronic healthcare records aimed at predicting risk of hospital admission.

Dr. James Rudd has a wide range of research collaborations, including with the Department of Public Health and Primary Care, the Department of Applied Mathematics and Theoretical Physics and the Judge Institute (all in Cambridge) with links further afield in Edinburgh and New York. He is passionate about science communication and hosts the bi-weekly BMJ Heart podcast, where he interviews guests about all aspects of cardiovascular medicine. In 2017, he was a British Science Association Media Fellow at The Guardian where he worked as a science journalist over the summer.

David Chestek is a practicing board-certified Emergency Medicine Physician and Clinical Informatician. He began his career in Biomedical Engineering because of his strong interest in technical science and health, then decided to work more closely with patients and pursued medical school. During residency, he discovered that informatics allowed him to combine his dual passions of technology and patient care. He currently divides his time between clinical practice in Emergency Medicine and his responsibilities as Chief Medical Information Officer at UI Health, where he serves as a liaison between physicians and information services teams for operational projects. His professional interests include artificial intelligence, data interoperability, data visualization, hospital operations, workflow optimization, and remote patient monitoring among other areas.
