#ancilecares represents the ANCILE spirit. Each quarter we designate a day of giving. Employees around the globe volunteer for a community event that is meaningful to them. We raise funds and participate in the MS Walk each year and hold various in-house charitable activities.

Each quarter, we collect nominations from your peers for Innovation and People’s Choice Awards. Award winners are announced and receive a cash prize. They are also eligible for a chance at our annual Peak Performance trip that applauds star performers who make remarkable contributions to ANCILE’s business success.

Software Development & Innovation Group (SDIG)

SDIG is responsible for the technology life cycle of our products. We design, develop, and test our software using a variety of innovative tools and frameworks. Cloud Operations, Product and Design, and IT Operations round out the team.

 

Sales & Marketing

Our mission is to help organizations realize the full potential of their technology investments by focusing on user adoption and satisfaction – key factors in software success. Sales and Marketing strives to support this mission by closely collaborating with our valued customers and partners to drive success.

 

Customer Success

We create and launch proactive customer engagement initiatives to help solve issues quickly and easily. We strive to improve and support customer advocacy, education, and retention programs in order to support our global customers through the adoption, retention, and expansion phases of the customer lifecycle.

 

Corporate Operations & Administration

We support the business for all back-office functions including legal, finance, accounting, human resources, and administrative support. We are highly collaborative, interactive and innovative across all areas of the business to help our internal customers be successful.
