What we NEED:

ANCILE seeks motivated, energetic, and self-directed junior sales professional with solid business discipline and strong sales abilities. uPerform is making a significant impact in the Healthcare market and we want to maximize lead generation in the channel.

As a Business Development Specialist, will play a fundamental role in achieving our revenue growth objectives by generating leads and booking meetings for the Territory Sales Directors. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, creatively generating interest, and qualifying prospective leads to assist in the sales lifecycle.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and meetings with uPerform® product to build new health care client relationships
  • Work closely with your Territory Sales Directors to qualify prospects and coordinate meetings
  • Follow process for handling email marketing campaigns, webinars, and other marketing and sales activities
  • Clearly and effectively communicate the uPerform brand and value proposition by phone, email, and social media
  • Meet or exceed activity/prospecting goals on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
  • Manage data for accounts, contacts, leads, and opportunities in CRM system: Salesforce

Education, Experience, and Desired Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 0-3 years of successful outbound lead generation experience (B2B, SaaS, and/or Cloud sales experience a plus)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with customers/prospects
  • High level of motivation, self-starter, and strong organizational skills
  • CRM Software experience – preferred

Due to COVID, this position will be remote and eventually transition to ANCILE HQ in Elkridge, MD.
