M Health Fairview was formed in 2019 as a collaboration between the University of Minnesota, University of Minnesota Physicians, and Fairview Health Services, to work on medical breakthroughs and deliver them to patients through its hospitals and clinics. Upon merging, M Health Fairview’s management team knew a scalable solution would be needed to consolidate Epic training across the organization.

M Health Fairview achieved the following benefits leveraging uPerform:

  • Easily centralize all training and support content in a single location
  • Rapidly create learning materials to support an Epic double upgrade
  • Significantly reduce time clinicians spend in training

“A couple of years ago, I would not have thought we could do technical training in a virtual environment, but here we are doing just that – and I don’t see us going back to the classroom. The way we are going to make our processes better is through developing more meaningful content with uPerform.”

– Derek Harley, Learning and Development System Manager for M Health Fairview and M Physicians
