Frank Lonergan Recognized for Championing Next Generation Learning and Performance Strategies

ELKRIDGE, Md., June 19, 2013 — uPerform Solutions, Inc., a global provider of best-in-class learning and performance software solutions to more than half of the Fortune 100, announced today that CEO Frank Lonergan has been named a finalist for the 2013 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year® Award in Maryland.The regional award recognizes entrepreneurs for their extraordinary success in innovation, financial performance, and personal commitment to their businesses and communities. Finalists automatically qualify and compete for the national Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year® award.

Lonergan’s career began as a social studies teacher more than 30 years ago and his passion for learning guided him to subsequent occupations as a technical writer, software sales professional, and head of Business Development for the SAP North American Education business. Lonergan was appointed CEO of uPerform Solutions at its inception in 2010 and, in only three years, the organization has become a leading provider of learning and performance software solutions to the largest companies in the world.
