Uptick in hiring, focus on research and development, and key partnerships fueling organization
ELKRIDGE, Md., Aug. 29, 2012 – ANCILE Solutions, Inc., a global developer of learning and performance software solutions used by more than half of the Fortune 100, today released data highlighting the company’s growth during the first six months of 2012. The company’s continuing success is largely attributed to its innovative products and strong third-party partnerships.
To support its growing footprint in the productivity technology industry, ANCILE has increased overall staffing 20 percent in the first half of 2012, hiring new team members in its product marketing, software development, product support, and sales divisions. The research and development department, a key focus of investment, increased headcount by 35 percent since the start of the year. The team’s work culminated in the July release of ANCILE uPerform 4.5, including enhanced features that have led more customers to select ANCILE products for cost-effective staff training programs.
“As we expand our customer base, we are investing in additional staff to develop new innovations that will extend our offerings,” said Frank Lonergan, CEO of ANCILE Solutions. “Our continued commitment to research and development will help us better serve our global customers, as well as new markets and customers.”
ANCILE’s ongoing success also stems from a strong partner program that is focused on helping partners ensure their customers’ success with software adoption and use. ANCILE continues a key partnership with SAP, working with the technology leader in providing best-in-class solutions. ANCILE has also grown its customer base significantly through its new partnership with HP, who reports receiving very positive feedback about the HP solutions created with ANCILE software.
“Our long-standing relationship with SAP, along with the success of our new relationship with HP, demonstrates our commitment to serving our partners and their customers,” said Lonergan. “Our solutions have provided partners with more than $1 billion of added revenue to their businesses, and we look forward to building more of these partnerships globally in the future.”
